Students who complete the Attendee Profile by August 1 5th, will be eligible to attend for free Grad School Visit to UMBC or Johns Hopkins (inclusive of transportation and lunch)  and/or to be a special lunch guest with Graduate School Sponsors on Saturday of the conference. Chosen attendees will be notified by August 20th.

The Student Attendee Profile Form collects information on accommodation needs and other details that will be shared with the graduate school representatives. The form also gathers information about your presentations (including your abstracts). There is skip logic on the form, so you will only be required to complete sections that pertain to you.  You must be registered by Program staff FIRST via Eventbrite, before completing the form. If you are unsure if you have been registered, please check with your program staff or university representative.

DEADLINE: AUGUST 15TH, 5 PM (EST) ALL  (PRESENTERS AND ATTENDEES).  Afterward, the form will no longer be available. (which means you may not receive necessary accommodation or benefits.

NOTE: Professional Staff who registered as attendees – you are not required to complete the form. As long as we have your correct contact information during the Eventbrite registration, you will are registered and will soon receive a confirmation email.
