The UMBC RGPN McNair Scholars Program is a family and creating relationships with each other is one of the reasons why we implemented a weekend our scholars hang out! More importantly, the Grad Prep Weekend is an opportunity for Scholars, RPGN community, McNair Professional Staff, and Ambassadors to promote the familial ethos of the program.
