Community Care and Shared Commitments

Please review the 2026 “Community Care and Shared Commitments” document:  If you complete the registration on behalf of another person, you are responsible for ensuring that the registered individual has read and agreed to the Community Care & Shared Commitments in full prior to attending the conference. By submitting a registration, you confirm that this has been or will be done. If you are attending the conference, your presence and participation constitute your agreement to uphold these commitments in full.

Registration

The information you will need from your students to register them is as follows: Presentation Type (via ticket selection), First Name, Last Name, Email, Institution, Major/Discipline, Presentation Category (Arts, Engineering, Humanities, Information Technology, Interdisciplinary, Interdisciplinary but STEM-focused, Mathematics, Natural Sciences, Social Science), and Accommodations needed. All other information we will gather from their attendee profile form. WHEN COMPLETING THEIR ATTENDEE PROFILE FORM, PLEASE MAKE SURE THE STUDENTS CHOOSE THE TICKET TYPE THEY WERE REGISTERED FOR.  We are not able to make changes to the registration ticket type.

  • We are unable to accept registered students for the Poster or Oral presentation slots without their information (we will have to refund those tickets and ask you to resubmit once the info is available). For unconfirmed attendees, we ask that programs register them as Non-Presenting Attendees. If the name or presentation category on a Presenting ticket is requested to change, we must also shift the ticket to a Non-Presenting Attendee (O’s Event & Presentation Waitlist). We also typically have a waitlist once the Oral or Poster and O’s Event are gone. This is so we can remain equitable to students who are prepared and ready to present in their chosen modality.

For Staff Attendees and Grad Reps, we will need to know: First Name, Last Name, Email, and any accommodations needed. Grad Reps will also need to complete the Grad Profile Form with additional information.

Register via Eventbrite – Here’s the link to register via Eventbrite (credit card payment).  We encourage you to utilize the Eventbrite credit card processing.
