What does being a UMBC McNair scholar mean to you?: Being a McNair Scholar means that I will aim to spend time and effort in making a complete transition from a student to a scholar, within a supportive and like-minded community whose success is mixed with mine. It also means that I will be pursuing graduate school studies with complete dedication and mentorship.
