Research Interest: Any project that applies computer science to the medical field! Current topics that intrigue me the most include:
- medical software imaging
- interactive & assistive technology
- and rehabilitation robotics.
Other Relevant Information: Leadership positions I hold within campus organizations include:
- HackUMBC Organizer Team Member,
- Society of Hispanic Professional Engineers Secretary, and
- Global Medical Brigades Charla Co-Coordinator.
I am also a Meyerhoff Scholar, member of the Honors College, and CWIT Affiliate. Hobbies of mine include reading novels, playing classical guitar, and writing poetry.
What does being a UMBC McNair scholar mean to you?: Being a part of a tight knit family of scholars who support each other in reaching their common goal of attending graduate school.
