The Student Attendee Profile Form collects information that will be shared with the graduate school representatives, and also collects information about your presentations (including your abstracts). There is skip logic on the form, so you will only be required to complete sections that pertain to you. You must be registered FIRST via Eventbrite, before completing the form. If you are unsure if you ever been registered, please check with your program staff or university representative.
DEADLINE: AUGUST 18TH, 12noon (EST) FOR PRESENTERS. ALL OTHERS, AUGUST 30TH. The form will then no longer be available.
NOTE: Professional Staff who registered as attendees – you are not required to complete the form. As long as we have your correct contact information during the Eventbrite registration, you will are registered and will soon receive a confirmation email.
